The Colony Apartment is oceanfront apartment and located right on the beautiful Ocean City beach and famous Ocean City Boardwalk! Every apartment has a large private balcony that overlooks the ocean. The apartments are one block north from the Ocean City Pier and Amusement in the heart of Downtown Ocean City.
You will find yourself surrounded by the best of what Ocean City has to offer with a view like no other!
Each apartment is a two-room 750 square foot apartment. In the bedroom there are two double beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a full dining area. In the other bedroom there is one king size bed and a desk. Enjoy 180-degree views of the beach and boardwalk on the large private balcony.
We have free on-site parking right next to the apartments. We are conveniently right next to Somerset Plaza where several free car shows, cook-offs, and free musical shows take place throughout the season!
Our apartments are not far from an assortment of stores and places to eat at our location. There are many shops to get lost in and there are even museums, arcades and the Amusement Park to enjoy through out your vacation.
As busy as it can get in Ocean City, you’ll be sure these apartments can also provide a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. From your balcony you can enjoy an early morning summer sunrise and can watch the famous waves hit the beach. You will be steps from the beach, a luxury you will not want to miss during your stay.

We rent to families all summer long!!! We also rent to Seniors during Senior Week and we can let you know about the pricing for those dates.
