This luxury, exquisite property is an oasis and tranquil place, while a small beach, limiting the number of chairs and umbrellas and carefully managing their positions combine to provide you with a superior experience along 30A. Certainly not like the 4-5 row deep chairs in Seacrest or Rosemary Beaches- You cannot find all amenities and luxury anywhere else! Perfectly located with short walks to Rosemary or Alys beaches. Our home is spacious, 4,400-plus square foot beautiful home features: - we have our own private beach area with none of the crowds of other properties! And better views from our deck than any of the other homes! But still conveniently located to shops and restaurants.

Rosemary Beach or Alys is a short walk, and they have a bank; a Starbucks, a spa that offers a wide variety of relaxing spa treatments, a state-of-the-art fitness center with a certified personal trainer and instruction; wine and cheese bar, many gourmet restaurants and boutiques.

Main floor contains study/sleeping room, bath, washer/dryer, and large kitchen, dining and comfortable family room and a huge deck with views of PC and Destin skylines. Top floor has a beautiful master bedroom suite, large bathroom with jetted tub, large closet, room for a crib, and magnificent balcony to watch beautiful Gulf sunsets and views up and down the beach. a king and a queen bedroom, one with private balcony with views of Rosemary, Alys and Seacrest and our private heated pool. Carriage house has own kitchen, washer/dryer, sitting area, 2 beds-queen and double, and private balcony overlooking the gulf and the pool. This is our second home and is furnished accordingly.

During the summer, 'Camp Rosemary' is great fun for the kids, while the parents can enjoy some much-needed 'alone time'! Pier Park is a new shopping/ entertainment center that is just to the east and has all the shopping you need, and also the BEST movie theatre in north Florida!!

Summary: Arrived Thursday with my husband and daughter. We’d spent a week in this same beautiful house, 5 years ago. It was even more beautiful than I remembered. So many lovely updates, homey yet still luxurious- my young daughter loved all the furnishings and decor. She is quite ill so we stayed in for meals, I never had to leave, Stephanie, everything I needed, including a flour sifter, was right there, at my disposal. Steph was completely worn out, after Thursday’s long drive, so she and I slept in the master- suite, listening to the waves crashing , with the doors wide open. Still a little cool for swimming,in the gulf, we sat out on the deck and laughed and reminisced about our previous stay there, and laughed out loud as the children on the beach below , would run and squeal as they made their first contact with the water. Saturday we ventured around the property talking in the beauty of the, well cared for gardens, and the relaxing sounds of Spring. It got a cool after dark, so we bundled up and went for a drive, down scenic 30-A. Nothing compares to the little slice of heaven, we didn’t want to leave. I hope Mrs. Nancy gets to read this, so I can thank her, one last time. So, here it is—. Thank you for allowing us a Vacation to Reinember!
