Positive: Great location for Puerto de la Cruz. Very convenient to explore the area. Spacious apartment with a pool. We like the washing up pack supplied so we can at least clean our dishes.
Negative: The whole apartment needs a bit of TLC and updating. The seating couch and 2 chairs has no cushions. There are no privacy curtains only the blue ones. You can see right in from the building across the road. Curtains drawn all day makes the rooms very dark. You need to balance between privacy or light! One of the bedrooms have no wardrobe at all. There's no where to put your luggage. There is underground parking but it's very tight (getting in and out of it) and not for the inexperienced drivers.
