With an open-plan set-up, you’ll find the dining table and kitchen conveniently located next to the living area, making it easy to gather around the dining table, continue the banter or have the footy on the Smart TV, all whilst prepping a feast in the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to enjoy your stay, including a dishwasher, microwave, two fridges and a Nespresso coffee machine.
With Reverse Cycle Airconditioning in the main living area, WIFI throughout the home and new bed mattresses, you have the luxury of comfortable living all year round.
Outside, secure backyard, with a new build coming soon,currently fenced off. There is also a Weber BBQ, perfect for those outdoor cook-ups.
Ocean Breeze is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, 800m to the main entrance of Lancelin’s famous Back Beach or 100m to a track at the end of the cul-de-sac that takes you straight down to the beach. Lancelin’s new coffee van, OnPoint Coffee, is only 5-minutes down the road for your morning cuppa. Or, head down to Offshore Café and treat the family to some freshly baked goods.
If you feel like heading out for dinner and want to escape the busy tourist spots, the Lancelin Angling & Aquatic Club (600m away) serve up dinner on Friday nights. The menu is affordable and there is plenty of grass space for the kids to play while you enjoy a meal.
