This two storey home is perfectly laid out for a family or two, with split level living, there is plenty of space to spread out.
Upstairs:

- 1 x bathroom (shower only no bath) with separate toilet
- Open plan living, dining and kitchen
- The living area's sofa doubles as a sofa bed (house sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, 8 including the sofa bed). BYO linen & towels for sofa bed - duvet & pillows provided.

Guests have access to everything the home has to offer, there are two storage cupboards locked for the owners storage. The garage is for table tennis & game storage, there is no space for cars to be parked inside. There is a carport however that will fit two cars undercover (space for three cars in total in the driveway).
Bins will be taken out and brought back in by the neighbours - bin day is Weds night out for Thursday morning pickup.

Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.
Guests are required to be indoors by 10pm, in accordance with council noise guidelines. We have many permanent resident neighbours and we need to be respectful and keep the noise to a minimum. You can obviously stay outside a bit longer if you read a book, have a quiet conversation with your partner, but no loud noise after 10pm - noise travels and we want to respect our neighbours and the quiet neighbourhood.

No loud music anytime of the day
No bucks, hens & strictly no schoolies.
Families and mature adults preferred.
