Summary: The host was very responsive. Upon the initial arrival, there were subjects outside that inspired some trepidation, which made me think this property isn’t inviting, and it isn’t. However, my 9 year old and I (52) year old male didn’t experience any issues other than slight discomfort to what seem to be a boarding house adjacent to the property. I think this property is suitable for a young single person or young couple, with no kids, and those whom have the ability to practice situational awareness. The property is really nice on the inside.
