Summary: The room was very nice. Nearly ran out of tp- they could have had an extra roll available. The parking situation is abysmal; and they were repaving while we were there- causing a bad situation to be much worse. Very few handicapped parking spots- and the location is very hilly- no assigned parking for hotel guests (this is an apartment complex- so you are competing with long term residents for parking places). When we asked where we should park during repaving, we were told to park in an lot that was several steep staircases away. I found the staff in the guest office to be insensitive and condescending. None of these conditions were disclosed when booking, so, "SURPRISE"!!! Lovely room- near my son (whom we were visiting) but... the staff was pretty awful.
