Damages or stains to sheets / linens will incur additional charge not covered by cleaning fee.
Our management staff is allowed to access your unit at any time in the event of an emergency ( i.e. flood , fire ). We will of course reach out to our guests prior to accessing the unit and also knock before we enter. If we do not receive a response we will be obligated to enter in order to control the emergency.
In the event of a smaller issue ( i.e. water leak, mechanical malfunction ) which will damage the unit if not addressed we will reach out to our guests. If we do not receive a response within 1 hour we will enter to assess the situation. As always we will knock before entering.
If there is any malfunction / issues within the apartment during your stay please do not attempt to repair yourself. Do not tamper with the circuit breaker box or any other equipment. Please contact us and we will send our qualified team to repair.
Parking on south beach is complicated, and cars are towed quickly. If your apartment comes with parking please make sure to park in the designated areas . If you are unsure of parking please reach out to us prior to parking your car.
We do not allow packages to be sent prior to a guest checking in. Also if any packages are received after your check out they will be discarded.
Guests do not have access to mailboxes unless for stays of 28 nights or more.
We are not responsible for any lost or forgotten items inside the apartment.
