Summary: Villa was comfortable and well furnished. The owner/host is very responsive and easily accessible. The villa development is overall quiet but this rental unit is close to Bell Road which has high traffic volume. Apparently there is no noise ordinance enforcement on Scottsdale streets so loud vehicles are frequently heard from 5:30 in the morning until 10:30 or later in the evening. It can become quite annoying during an extended stay.
