This is the perfect place to relax, enjoy pool and cocktails, after a long day exploring the park.
You won't find a place packed with more amenities than this.

The Layout:
- 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a casita with 1 bedroom comfortably sleep 12 people
- All bedrooms equipped with brand-new, memory foam mattresses. The master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite master bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, the casita has a full bed, the living room has 2 full-sized sofa bed, 55" smart TV
- Large kitchen with plenty of counter space and fully functional appliances
- Game room with ping pong table, card games & board games.
- We do have two security cameras at the front entrance and back entrance. This is only for security and safety reason (in case there is a break in, etc…)

- Fully stocked kitchen with a stove, full-sized fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots, pans, glasses, dishes, and knife set.
- Fully stocked bathrooms with towels, shampoo and conditioning, bar soap, toilet paper, first-aid kit, and hairdryer.

IMPORTANT NOTE!!!!
Although we do not have a working indoor fireplace in our "amenities", we feel it is necessary to state that the indoor fireplace is not functional. It is just for looks.
Jacuzzi
Please shower before use. Please don’t put any liquid/solid soap into it, any extra cost occurring will be charged. The guests will take all liability and responsibility for their own safety.
Pool
Anyone under 18 needs his/her parent’s present while swimming or near the pool for safety reasons. No diving and no glass near the pool. The guests will take full liability and responsibility for your own and your guests safety.
Please note that the pool service is between 11 am - 3pm every Friday.
Broken Items
We understand that accidents happen, if anything breaks down - even if it's your fault - let us know so we can send someone to fix it or replace it for you and future guests.
Please leave the house in neat and tidy condition. Thank you for your consideration.
Plumbing
All houses in Joshua Tree are on a Septic Tank system. For this reason, nothing can be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper. Following these guidelines will avoid problems with the plumbing. If it is determined that the pipes have been clogged due to misuse, a $200 repair fee will be charged. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please let us know if there are any serious stains on the furniture or floors, or if there is damage to anything and we will try our best to fix it ASAP.
Parties or Events or Extra Guest
We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in our home. We designed a house environment for 10 people and please be sure no extra guests in the house. Please inform us if you have visitors or any overnight friends, we will charge $50/person for extra overnight guests with our consent first. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors.
No-Smoking
Smoking (including E-Cig) is not allowed in the property or within 15 feet exterior door. Please dispose cigarettes into a plastic bag and put them in the outdoor trash can. If the above is not maintained, we will charge a $100 special cleaning fee. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash. We appreciate your cooperation.

Please check out of our Airbnb rental by 11:00AM. please checking out by this time ensures that we have enough time to clean the property and get it ready for our next guest. Let us know if this is going to be a problem so we can plan accordingly. For late check out, we will reserve the right for penalty.

Head to the Yucca Valley Town with many small, unique shops filled with antiques and gift items, visit one-of-a-kind restaurants and drop into local the cafe to get your latte or espresso with a homemade sandwich or croissant.

You will need a car, but rideshares and taxis are also readily available.
