Positive: The apartment is very nicely located, away from the crowds and still easy to reach all of the Venice attractions. The grocery store nearby. The apartment is rather spacious and overall comfortable. The host is very nice and responsive.

Negative: It's a bit dark in the apartment, but that's expected for Venice. Apart from that we were really disappointed by the condition of the cookware. The pans are badly scratched and deformed, you can't really cook anything on them. The cleanliness of the apartment could be improved as well. The glasses were poorly washed, the corners were quite dusty.
