This spacious 3-bedroom, second-floor home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and offers unlimited access to the shared Rivergrass pool (summer only) and year-round hot tub.

The hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the pool and 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for the hot tub.

Large windows offer plenty of natural light and sweeping views of the Monterra Golf Course. There are a wide variety of board games available to enjoy during your stay.
Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, utensils, cutlery, and a drip coffee maker. All you need is your groceries, spices, and coffee/filters! The dining area seats 6, and there’s additional seating on the private balcony for BBQ cookouts on warmer days.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and full ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 also has a king size bed. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a queen bed, and 2 single beds. There are 2 full bathrooms in this home including the master ensuite. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer (detergent not supplied).
