Positive: Location is nice, right at Nipponbashi and close to tourist attractions. Bed is comfy and clean. Smart light switch throughout apartment. Wifi is fast.

Negative: Cockroach was right at the bathroom on the night we arrived. Washlet of the Japanese toilet seat does not work at all. No door at the changing area/dry area of the bathroom and we had to bring all the changing clothes into wet area with us. Check-in procedure is very complicated (you need to complete an online form and upload the passport info-page with a recent photo of every guest separately) and the host keeps sending messages to keep track of the entire stay. Storage/shelf only enough for 4 guests (there is only 1 closet in the entire apartment).

Summary: Passable for its price - Nice location but not so satisfying experience
