This home was originally built Circa the 1920s and has now been transformed into a One-of-a-Kind Luxurious Bayfront home, in the heart of Port St Joe. This unique 6 bedroom/5.5 bath, has it all for the perfect tropical beach oasis vacation. Which includes a beautiful private Bay Front beach, spa/hot tub, and large private pool for your family's enjoyment. Relish by the beachside fire pit, along with the unstoppable panoramic sunsets every night.

As you walk into the house you will enter a cook's dream, which includes: a large gourmet kitchen with the perfect layout. The first thing you notice is the Bayfront views, 10-foot Quartz Island, and pull-up bar seating for 7 which is perfect for the entire family. Guests can gather together in the kitchen and savor cooking with the high-end LG 6-burner gas cooktop with double oven, Bosch top-loading microwave drawer, large Kitchen Aid French-door refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water with freezer drawer below, double sink with the garbage disposal, separate prep sink in the island and LG dishwasher. The kitchen is open to the family room with breathtaking views of the bay and plenty of seating to enjoy movies, games, or music on the 72" Samsung Smart TV.
The Dining area is just off the kitchen and the family room has a large "Pottery Barn" dining table that boasts bay views and seats 12. The vintage white brick walls and the "Restoration Hardware" buffet create a nice casual elegant feel. Additionally, Bayfront dining for 10 is located outside on the patio, where you will be up close and personal with the best sunsets you will ever see. There is an extensive entertainment room with a fireplace, pool table, dartboard, along with plenty of board games. There is extra dining along the window bar that opens to the outside that seats 8 as well. The bar features live edge window seals, made from sinker cypress trees from the Dead Lakes in our area with a dry bar with beverage fridges. How perfect for the entire family to have fun!
Just off the game room is a room that feels like a private getaway with 2 Queen built-in bunk beds with breathtaking water views and French doors that open to the outdoor living space.
The home has two complete master suites. The main level master bedroom has a day bed included with a trundle, tons of closet space, a Samsung TV
complete with a ROKU, and a massive master bath with a rain shower head. This whole master sleeps 4. The quaint hall guest room has a queen bed, and sitting bench, with a walk-in closet. The downstairs hall bath has custom tiled walls and floors with a bronze double-headed 8-foot glassed shower. The upstairs has a grand hall with a large full bath, glassed double head shower, and custom double vanity. The single-bed bunk room sleeps 5 and comes with blackout shades for comfort. The upstairs bayfront guest room has a queen bed and sitting area along with an old-fashioned fireplace. The upstairs master enjoys bay views with a king bed and has an en-suite bath that is bright and airy with double vanity, and a glassed shower.
The outdoor covered living/kitchen space includes everything the outdoor could have: A complete lounging area with an outdoor wicker patio sectional sofa, and coffee table. You will appreciate cooking in the large outdoor kitchen complete with a built-in gas grill with a Single burner perfect for a large pot for a low country boil, a triple sink, a built-in icemaker, "Green Egg" for smoking, huge ceiling fans to keep the air moving, large teak dining table with seating for 10, along with 10 additional stacking chairs. While you are keeping cool under the pavilion, the others can be swimming in a built-in pool, enjoying the large Hot Tub, or lounging in the sun.
There is a king-size covered cabana bed perfect for curling up with a book and watching the boats go by.
Conveniently located right by the pool is a complete bathroom with a separate outdoor shower. The entire outdoor space has ambient lighting from the pavilion to the uplighting of the palm trees down by the beach.
Revel in your time at the private beach while you roast marshmallows at the beachfront fire pit; relax while listening to the peaceful sound of the bay and the shorebirds. Need a little more action? Grab your fishing pole and wade fish out front to catch redfish and trout. Walk along the shoreline and find seashells or small crabs. If you're feeling adventurous take out one of our free kayaks or paddleboards right out to the bay. The kids can play at the shore in the calm shallow water, explore the tidal islands, look at small fish in the shallow waters or watch the dolphins play out in distance. If that isn't what you are looking for, you can grab one of our custom "#Livethebeachlife" bicycles and cruise the bay bike path to the lighthouse or rent a golf cart and cruise around town.
