Summary: Property is as advertised no surprises and was clean. Everything worked fine with no issues (gas grill, stove, fridge, washer/dryer, iron, AC/fans etc) Quiet neighborhood seemed safe overall. Space was a little smaller than expected but still was able to comfortably handle 6 adults. Location is a little out of the way but nothing overally crazy. 15-20 mins to most other areas of Tampa and 30 mins to Downtown St Pete. Small complaints would be nice to have a full size ironing board and the pull out coach/bed needed to be cleaned (we didn’t use it.) Solid stay overall.
