A cozy top floor flat, one bedroom with wooden oak double bed, living room with double sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom.
Living room - A comfy sofa bed that can fit two more people in comfortably. Please note that there will be an extra charge of £40 per stay to use the sofa bed when your booking is only for one to two. The 55 inch QLED Samsung smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video are all included. The Oak wooden coffee table is perfect for having a light meal with a cup of tea.
Kitchen - Newly installed units, induction hob for cooking your own meals, along with a fridge, microwave oven and kettle. Tea and coffee are provided.
Bedroom - There is a double bed. Sleep in comfort on fresh Dip & Dooze sheet on a super comfy memory foam mattress.
Bathroom - Also newly fitted, contains WC, basin, and shower. 100% natural Faith in Nature shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided. They are made from ingredients of the highest quality, naturally derived, cruelty-free ingredients with 100% natural fragrance - and they work beautifully. M&S Egyptian cotton towels and toilet rolls are provided.

Kemp Town is fun, cafes bars shops, seafront 2 minutes away, Royal Pavilion 4 minutes away, North Laines 5 mins away :)
The seafront is a about 3 minutes walk from the front door. Walk along the lovely Brighton Beaches or visit the pier for games, food and fun. North Laine and The Lanes, filled with wonderful shopping, boutique shops, cafes and restaurants is about a 7 minute walk from the flat. There are regular buses as well running the length of St. James's Street, but absolutely everything is walkable.

-Fire safety there is a central alarm system:detectors/sounders in each flat. Central stairway is exit route.
- Maximum 4 guest ONLY. Gathering, parties, extra people, visitors etc are not permitted in the flat at any time and charge of £200 per extra person/guest will be claimed if this rule is broken. Please look elsewhere if you're planning to rent this flat for social occasion.
- Please leave the flat in good state and wash any dishes that you have used.
