3 Bedroom House with Parking, Sports and Fireplace
Our newly renovated home is perfect for groups and families looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Atlanta. Our home features a spacious living room, a game room with a foosball table, 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, dining room, and one bathroom. This expertly designed space features lots of style, technology, and comfort that make our home unique. Even though our home is on a quiet and tree filled neighborhood, we are only 8 miles from downtown and 4.7 miles from the airport.
The front door opens into a roomy living/dining area which will become the main hang-out area during your stay. The living room has lots of seating and a 55-inch smart TV with Chromecast and Sega Genesis with preloaded games. The kitchen includes lots of cooking gear and a nice array of spices & oil. A coffee maker, filters, and coffee are provided. There are enough plates, glasses, bowls, and silverware to serve 8. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom located in the home. 2 of the bedrooms feature queen beds and the master bedroom has a king bed.
Our home features a total of 2 HD Smart TVs signed into Netflix, HBOMax, and Disney+. Guests can also log in to their own streaming services via the Roku interface.

Guests will have access to the entire home except the locked off basement unit. The basement unit can rented out for an additional fee.
We live down the street and available if our guests need anything.
Our home is located about 5 miles from the airport. Uber and Lyft are pretty affordable because our neighborhood is really close to all the ITB (Inside the Beltline) neighborhoods, airport, downtown, and midtown.
Our home is located a short 5 minute drive from the Starlight Drive-In. Movies show every night and this is one the last 100 drive-in theaters left in the country. They show new movies and you can bring food and booze with you to the drive-in. On Saturday and Sunday mornings it turns into a cool flea market.
***Please note a $300 pre-authorization hold (not a charge) will be placed on the credit card used to book your reservation 24 hours before check-in. This hold will be released after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional charges. Once the pre-authorization is successfully processed, we will send check-in instructions to the phone number associated with your VRBO account.
1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund.
2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do, and we can determine if it’s possible to host your event. Good communication is key.
3.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. Burning incense is also strictly prohibited.
4. Late Checkouts must be pre-approved by hosts. Unapproved late checkouts subject to $350 fee.
5. Please remove makeup before getting in the beds.
6. Quiet Hours start at 9 PM.
7. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets.
8. $100 fee if confetti or glitter is used in the home.
9. Guest must provide a copy of their unaltered Driver's License or Passport to host after booking so we can confirm your identity.
10. $350 Biohazard clean up fee if our cleaning team has to clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid.
