Situated on a private acre, surrounded by hedges across from the prestigious Valley Club, just minutes from Montecito’s beautiful beaches (Miramar, Butterfly), the upper & lower villages, and all the great local dining and entertainment options (3-5 minutes from San Ysidro Ranch, Lucky’s, Honor Bar, Tres Lune and The Miramar Beach Resort). This exclusive, 5000+ sq. ft. estate sits behind gates among lush landscapes gardens: roses, lavender, avocado & lemon trees. Enjoy your own private, resort quality pool and spa hot tub. A well-appointed home with a fully stocked chef's kitchen and morning coffee bar, there are three fireplaces (one in the primary bedroom/ two in the living rooms). There’s also an outdoor terra cotta fire pit surrounded by comfortable seating for you to relax by the fire (perfect for cool Montecito nights). Grill outdoors, in the newly added stone kitchen— modeled after the San Ysidro Ranch— includes an authentic Italian pizza oven. Truly a luxurious, relaxing property to enjoy, indoors and out.

The estate combines old-warm charm with modern luxuries. It's a smart home with house Ipad that runs amenities (like, indoor/outdoor sound system, pool temperature, lights, etc) should you choose. Heos system you can link your own music to, with speakers throughout indoor/outdoor areas. Very private, close to everything Montecito and Santa Barbara have to offer. This luxurious 5 bedroom & 5 1/2 bathroom villa, comfortably sleeps 8-10, with a layout offering privacy, personal bathrooms en suite. The amenities on property offer you a hotel feel, upscale linens, manicured grounds, all attached to a warm, well-appointed home.
