Welcome home . This is a brand new house. Not remodeled, not refurbished. BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION. New appliances, paint, flooring, etc, ect. This is a three-bedroom and two bathroom. The master suite has a private balcony, walk-in closet, and a steam shower. Indoor Laundry room. There is plenty of room to park, as well as a single car garage. There is a 50 amp Car charger for your electric car. This is a nice quiet home in Whittier, for a nice, quiet, responsible person or family. Pets are not allowed, but I will consider an exception. There are two houses on this lot, so large dogs are out of the question.
