Positive: Well, what can I say... the property is listed as brand new, and I can confirm that it is indeed brand new. The interior was clean and well-fitted, although it took me a moment to grapple with the kitchen drawers. I figured it out in the end... The hot water was hot, the air conditioning was absolutely sublime (it was 35DegC+ outside during my visit) and the house was fitted with a proper duct network, so the cooling air made it to all rooms of the house. The property was absolutely huge, with ample space. It had 3 bedrooms, all of a decent size and all with at least a queen size double. The larger room at the rear of the property was the master, with an en suite. It was vast and comfortable. The bed was excellent; often staying in these kinds of places the beds are cheap and nasty, but I slept comfortably for 5 consecutive nights and have absolutely no complaints. The attached bathroom was large and well-equipped, with a shower the size of my entire bathroom at home. The polished/sealed concrete floors throughout I really liked. The place was equipped with towels, bath mats, toilet rolls, and even some soap. Cooking utensils were plentiful, the kitchen cupboards had a few handy bits in them already (including tinfoil, which I can confirm is invaluable if you have ever tried to cook in a rented apartment...). The plates and cutlery were all practically brand new. It was well-equipped, with a vast oven and a decent hob. The living room area was well-equipped, with a sofa, and a television on the wall, good Wi-Fi, ample parking, a massive garage, and a garden. The place was excellent. Keyless front door entry. Easy to operate air temperature controls. The local area is quiet, based in a small cul-de-sac. Restaurants, etc are a short drive from the property, which is ideal. My stay was for myself as an individual for work. Sunday was a truly incredible host. He went above and beyond, and I cannot commend him enough for his help and kindness during my stay.
Negative: The only thing I could say I didn't like was that the front door lock didn't automatically lock when you left the property, so you had to enter the code every time you leave. This was a microscopic inconvenience, and the only negative I can think yo add to this review.
