Positive: Centrally located - a lot of bathrooms - spacious rooms - good if you eat out and spend a lot of time outside

Negative: Does not have a living room - kitchen without windows - not enough space to eat all together - poorly equipped kitchen - noisy neighbours - noisy road - no parking (in winter not needed but summer not sure and you have to pay)
