The home is in the heart of North Scottsdale, mins from shopping & restaurants at Kierland Commons, many of Scottsdale's best golf courses (5 minutes from the famous TPC golf course!), & just 15 mins north of Old Town. Features include pool, putting green, built-in grill, yard games, pool table & a gigantic living space! Escape the ordinary and enter your own private "Tulum" resort in Scottsdale!

Tulum, Mexico is one of the most unique and beautiful places to visit in Mexico. If you’ve been dreaming of making a trip down to Tulum (or want to feel like you’re back there again), you’ve found the perfect spot! This home’s unique décor is inspired by the gorgeous jungle and beach life in Tulum, and set up to feel like your own private resort!!!
Soak up the sun in the beautiful & private backyard during the day or relax and enjoy the yard games under the glow of the string lights at night! The yard features a large pool, next to the dek where you can sit back and chill in our beach loungers, two-person hammock, or outdoor sofa. Play cornhole, giant Jenga, or mini golf when you want a break from floating in the pool! The backyard also features a built-in grill with propane provided.
Inside this two-story home, you’ll find a massive common area. Upon entering, you’ll encounter a large room with a full-size pool table and a formal dining room, with beautiful hanging lanterns – your own private Tulum-style dining area! Next, you’ll enter the large kitchen featuring a desk/workspace, a large island, and a cozy breakfast nook overlooking the sparkling pool. Next to the kitchen is the large living room, which features a TV with live-streamed cable (YouTube TV), Netflix, Amazon prime, and more. The kitchen is fully stocked so that you can prepare meals at home if desired, including a Keurig coffee maker (coffee provided) to jump-start each morning. The bottom floor also includes a fully stocked laundry room and a full bathroom, along with a bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed to comfortably sleep two guests.
Upstairs, enter the Master Suite, which has been transformed to make you feel as though you are in a massive bamboo hut in the jungle of Tulum! The room features a king-sized bed, along with a daybed/trundle with two twin mattresses. There is also a large walk-in closet, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and a double vanity. When you’re ready to unwind, light some candles and lanterns and enjoy the unique and spacious tub!
Aside from the Master Suite, the upper floor also features two more large bedrooms with a full bathroom in between. One of the upstairs bedrooms features a king size bed, to accommodate two guests. The other bedroom features two queen sized beds, to accommodate up to 4 additional guests. Each room features large mirrors located conveniently next to outlets, so that large groups have more room to get ready for a night out on the town!
The home also features a 3 car garage, which you will have access to during your stay if you bring your car!

*Disclosure Regarding Pool Heat*
Before requesting pool heat, please be advised of the following:
We cannot make the pool into a hot tub! The maximum temperature we heat the pools to is 85 degrees. Please also be advised that in the winter months when the overnight temperature drops below 50 degrees, the pool heaters will simply shut off to avoid mechanical damage to the heat pump system due to the ice that will form otherwise on the internal coils. The heaters will turn back on automatically when the temperature outside goes back up/when the ice that was forming to cause the shut off melts, but this means that we cannot promise the pool will stay heated to our normal of 85 degrees. Even with the cooler temperatures, the pool heaters do tend to keep the pools within 5 degrees of the desired temperature. This turning on and off the heater is very expensive for the homeowners, hence the pool heating charge. Therefore, please note we will NOT be able to refund the pool heating charge if you feel the pool did not stay warm enough during your stay. The pools have been heating up to 75-85 degrees, which is 35-45 degrees higher than the outdoor temperature.
