Come and enjoy the New Haven sunshine in our brand new house with an amazing waterview, perfect for a weekend getaway. Relax and view the sunrise as the sun pops up from the water, have a cup of coffeeand feel the water breeze. If you had a long day and just need to relax, then just enjoy the stars from the backyard with a warm fire from the fire pit. - Just a short 8 minute walk to the beach, also located only 7 minutes away from New Haven downtown. This beautiful modern house has open spaces, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you might need, you can use the grill located just outside the kitchen. Two of our four rooms have flat screens, perfect for movie nights with family and friends. This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay, making your stay easy and safe. Also, our houses are equipped with first aid kits and a safe lock. The entire house I’m giving my guests Space but I am always available if needed. About 7 minutes drive from downtown New Haven West Haven Public beach is only a few minutes away such as restaurants, bar’s and grocery store so you can have perfect quiet vacation and not far from many amenities and attractions. Similar to the Hotel and general Vacation Rental industry, there are added costs associated per each additional guest. These cost include but are not limited to: Cleaning Usage of Water Utilities Insurance coverage in the event of damage - Policy per guest: Policy is $25 per person (visiting or staying the night) - added before booking the reservation.
