Summary: In nearly every respect the stay was excellent. The house has easy access to the beach, a fabulous deck, and huge windows that made even the stormy days fun and interesting. We were able to fit three family units into the rooms comfortably, and the kitchen had plenty of dishes to make food prep and serving easy. The massive couch and gigantic tables were great for relaxing and games. Our only negative issue was that the hot tub was not working when we arrived. We called the help line, and were told someone would call us the next day and come out to fix it. No one ever called or came out. Fortunately, our resident electrician found the necessary connections and got it working by the second day. I was disappointed to miss the first night of hot-tubbing, and the failure to be contacted. A hot-tub is particularly important when it is cold and rainy at the coast, and we used it a lot once we got it working again. Other than that...fabulous place!
