This property is located on the south end of La Jolla and north of Pacific Beach. Walkable to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, and shops. This property has been completely remodeled anddesigned for Southern California living.
As you walk in the front door you will notice the natural light flowing through the home. There is one of two living rooms with a gas fireplace. Next you have the designer kitchen complete with quartzite counters, stainless-steel appliances, gas stove and dishwasher. You can enjoy your meals at the dining room table that seats 4, or take it outside to the back yard while soaking up the San Diego sun. For those people that enjoy BBQing there is a Traeger BBQ for you to use as well!
Also located downstairs is one room with a queen bed, a kids room with twin bunk beds and a third bedroom located at the back of the house with a king bed. There is also one full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Upstairs is the main living room area complete with a gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, game table and large windows for you to enjoy the incredible ocean views. You can step out onto a large outdoor patio area where you can relax and take in the views. If you don't mind a few more stairs you can head up to the roof top patio area and light the firepit and get a Bird's Eye View ofdowntown San Diego, Coronado bridge, Mission and Pacific Beach. If you enjoy fireworks, you can see the one's from Sea World every night during the summer. During July 4th you can see several different firework displays.
Also located on the second floor is the master bedroom and bath. This bedroom has a king size bed, a private patio area and a beautiful master bathroom with a separate tub and shower, double sinks and a vanity area providing plenty of space for people to get ready.
This house does have mini split a/c units in the bedrooms so this home is very comfortable on those hot summer days.
