Comal Dreaming….Want to stay in a fully updated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the beautiful and fun, spring-fed Comal River, with PRIVATE river access and located across the street from the world’s largest and most loved water park, Schlitterbahn? Look no further! Comal Dreaming is located on the third floor of the Inverness at New Braunfels Resort. There is an elevator, two parking spots and washer-dryer. Walking distance to the quaint and historic downtown of New Braunfels for fine or casual dining, shopping and nightlife! From water fun to live music and festivals, from wineries to a Drive-In movie theater, New Braunfels has it all!
One bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath, the other bedroom has a queen bed. The kitchen has a wine/beverage fridge, and both a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker. Don’t worry tea drinkers, there’s also a kettle! You have a private balcony with partial views of the Comal River. The shared deck and pool area are great places to hang out and enjoy lovely views of the river. There are barbeque pits provided for those of you who like to grill!
Just a 10-minute drive to historic Gruene, home to great dining, live music, market days and of course, Texas’ oldest dance hall, Gruene Hall. You’re sure to have a blast whether you’re dreaming of that hard earned family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a fun adventure for the annual girl gang / guy trip. Located halfway between Austin and all the fun activities the state Capitol has to offer, and San Antonio where the Alamo and River Walk are top attractions. Not to forget the San Marcos premium outlet stores are a short 25 minute drive!
As one of the most popular tubing rivers in Texas, you can enjoy tubing the Comal right in front of the condo with a short walk back once you exit the river. Or use one of the popular local tubing companies to pick you up and drop you off from the larger tubing areas. The Comal is spring-fed and maintains a 72 -degree temperature year round.
The condo sleeps 4 very comfortably with a pull-out sofa to accommodate up to 6 guests. No more than 6 guests allowed, and for everyone’s safety, each guest is registered and will be issued a wrist band while on the premises. It’s a gorgeous river front spot and many would like to access the river from the property.
We want you to have fun, and be Comal Dreaming of coming back again, so we are also providing 4 adult tubes for guest use and an electric pump to inflate and deflate the tubes as needed. Woohoo!
