The Space:
This incredible pet-friendly, 6-bedroom home is ideal for friends and family groups of up to 16 guests, perfect for enjoying time together, superb amenities, and soaking up the beautiful surroundings. The property features an amazing outdoor area that your group will rave about! The enclosed yard has a heatable pool and whirlpool, a poolside shaded patio with a bar and lots of seating, and a shaded dining table out in the grass. Not only is there a trampoline that adults and kids alike will love, but there’s plenty of space for the kids and your furry friend to run and play. If you’re in need of some rest and relaxation, there are 6 lounge chairs perfect for just that!
The open floor plan that encompasses the sitting area, dining table, and kitchen is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors that provide amazing airflow, a sense of space and a connection to the outdoors with a stunning backdrop of beautiful landscape. You’ll really enjoy the sitting area with its large sofa that provides a lovely space for intimate gatherings and moments of relaxation.
The kitchen is well-equipped with quality appliances, granite countertops, and a central island, and if you’d like to hire a private chef, one can be arranged with prior notice, just let us know! There’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy sit-down, home-cooked meals together.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located just a short drive away from the shore of the lake, and within a minimal drive, you can visit the heart of town called the Zócalo, enjoy watersports on the lake, take a relaxing stroll along the Malecón - a scenic boardwalk along the shores of Lake Avándaro, visit the local markets, take a hot air balloon ride to check out the landscape, and try out some of the amazing local cuisine.
Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Aeropuerto Internacional de Toluca (AIT), about 88 km or 55 miles away.
If you are arriving by car, there is parking for 2 vehicles on the premises.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must climb stairs to reach certain areas of the home and property.
The pool can be heated for an extra fee. Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to arrival for the current amount to be paid upon arrival in cash.
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
A private cook can be provided for an extra fee. Please reserve at least 48 hours in advance.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 11 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
Please let us know your arrival time at least 48 hours beforehand. Someone from the local team will be there to welcome you.
