Guests will experience first-class accommodations in this totally renovated 4-bedroom lakefront home. This fabulous home with a private gated entry has everything you need for a relaxing getaway.
The property features 4 bedrooms, with plenty of space to sleep 9 guests, 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room with full-size appliances. There are stunning views from the covered back deck and 2 story dock. The use of 2 kayaks is included, one is equipped for fishing (must sign waiver prior to usage of kayaks). The backyard is fenced with a well-maintained lawn and a mosquito repelling garden. Please feel free to use our basil, mint and lemon balm in your favorite recipe. There is a fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs, corn hole and other lawn games. There are 4 Zero gravity lounge chairs to enjoy lakeside or on the dock. There is easy swimming access to the lake via our aluminum stairs.(Please watch your step, they can be slippery, and water shoes are recommended.) The bottom is sandy and we provide rafts and noodles for you to play with. Ultimate fun for all!
The front/side door features key-less entry. The open concept dining, kitchen and living room welcome you with a gorgeous dining table that seats 7 guests. 4 comfy stools complete the seating at the nearby counter top. Large windows and a French door showcase the beautiful lake view.
The kitchen is a vacationer's dream. There are generous granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for stress free cooking. The pots, pans, dishes, etc. are all new and chosen for your convenience. There are 2 coffee pots: one pod type and one drip with filters provided. There is also a new blender and toaster.
The living area features a large Smart TV with full cable service. Enjoy watching it from the new leather sectional. You will also find an assortment of board and dice games in the living room beneath the TV. The entire home has upgraded high speed Wi-Fi internet.
Downstairs you will also find 2 comfortable bedrooms. One room has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have Smart TV’s and remote operated ceiling fans. There is a totally remodeled, full bathroom, with a tub and shower combination convenient to both rooms. It is stocked with shampoo, body wash and soap. A hair dryer is provided for your convenience. The laundry room with full sized appliances is separated from this bathroom by a sliding barn door.
Upstairs there are 2 extra large airy bedrooms. The west-facing room has large windows with a magnificent lake view. There is a queen size bed and a twin bed in this room. It has a remote operated ceiling fan and a Smart TV. The second upstairs bedroom is across from that room, divided by the wide staircase landing, ensuring guest privacy. It features a king-size bed, Smart TV, and remote ceiling fan. There is a very large fully renovated bathroom in the hallway upstairs. It has a tub and shower combination and an oversized granite vanity. It is stocked with shampoo, body wash, soap and a hair dryer. There is a separate air conditioning unit for the upstairs, making sure you are always comfortable.
The backyard oasis starts with our covered deck with a dining table for 4. There are 2 reclining lounge chairs with super comfy cushions. The two ceiling fans help you to stay cool. The mosquito repelling garden also helps to keep you comfortable. There is a propane grill for your outdoor cooking enjoyment. The large well maintained grassy yard features a stone fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs. We have corn hole and other outdoor games for you to enjoy. We are directly on the lake with approximately 50 feet of lake front property. We are on open water, facing west, so the sunsets are awesome. Paddle out or sit on the dock and enjoy! There is a 2-story dock for you to relax on and fish from. Don’t forget your fishing poles! Get into the water easily from the aluminum stairs (remember, watch your step) and enjoy our noodles and floats. If the water level is sufficient for your boat, you are welcome to tie your boat up to the dock. (Please check with the host for more info.) There is a boat launch just minutes away and ample parking on site for your trailer and 3 or 4 cars.
