Nestled one hundred feet from Bow Lake's crystal clear waters. 1880 square-foot designer decorated home is the perfect place for your family's getaway . Enjoy Bow Lake every season! Your rental is complete with canoes, kayaks, sup boards and life jackets for your waterfront enjoyment. In the Fall enjoy the foliage of trees that surround our property. Winter activities include ice-skating, ice fishing, cross-country skiing snow shoeing, sledding. Gunstock ski mountain is a short 45 minute drive. If you’re looking for a night out scenic Portsmouth, New Hampshire is only 25 miles west.

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. Initially chose this vacation home for its proximity to the serenity of the Bow Lake waterfront and direct access to water activities. Found that the home was equally as relaxing and enjoyable to spend time at as the lake itself. The home and yard are something out of a New England magazine feature article. Very high end appliances and linens. Had the best nights sleep here in quite a while. Spectacular scenic view of the lake from both the open kitchen / living room areas of the house and the expansive deck off the first floor. Bedrooms were all very spacious and inviting with large window seats and sitting areas. Owners were very accomodating and available throughout the stay. The neighborhood was very secluded and quiet. Neighbors were extrmely friendly and there was a clear sense of a close knit community here. The location on the lake itself was perfect. Most of what little boat traffic there was seemed to be on the opposite side of the lake from where the home was located. The yard was not far from a few islands that were part of a loon sanctuary, and were easily accessable by way of canoe, kayak, and paddle boards that were all available for use in the yard. This was an area of New Hampshire that we had not previously spent time exploring in the past. There was a decidedly small town feel to the area. Lots of open space and clean air. Definitely allowed for relaxation and a chance to recharge. Highly recommended.
