Just minutes from St Michaels this contemporary home is the perfect waterfront retreat.
Offered for the first time this home gives its guest the peacefulness of tall pines lining a waters edge. Kayak, crab off the dock, take a dip in the pool or watch your family and friends as you sit with a book on the properties screened in porch.
The kitchen is open to a spacious dining area and family room with panoramic views of the water. Step down into the living room with a fireplace furnished in a Scandinavian contemporary flair. Rounding out the first floor is a bedroom and full bath. The second floor has 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath and a master with private balcony overlooking the pool and water. At night enjoy gathering around the fire pit or taking a short drive into st Michaels to enjoy a fabulous meal at one of the many restaurants we have to offer.

Summary: Great for a Vacation w/ kids - The upstairs master has a large walk in closet with a small travel crib available (bring your own sheets). There is a small window in the closet. There isn’t a vent in the closet, but a small fan helped to keep it cool, as it could easily be used as a small on suite for a baby/toddler. - Lots of pool floats and noodles. Also baby/kids life jackets - Lots of toys (wooden blocks, Duplo, foldable tunnel, bubble machine, puzzles, books).
