3 Bedroom Cabin with Balcony, Bedding and Kitchen
** New listing!!
Relax, refresh and unplug in this classic 1970's cedar A-Frame, a quintessential Canadian holiday retreat, in one of the original "Bird-Houses".
Perched within the trees, our semi-waterfront cabin has been restored with care. Relax and enjoy the spectacular view of Shuswap lake with two large decks, get lost in the beautiful wall of green from the loft, or take a dip in the lake across the road. If you're lucky, our resident eagle might join you for your morning coffee.
The Space:
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil A-Frame getaway!
Have a boat? Upon request, there is access to a private boat launch, a private buoy and a peaceful beach.
No boat but still want to get on the water? The cabin comes equipped with three inflatable paddle boards. Takes a bit of pumping but the payoff is great!
Coming during winter? The Shuswap is home to seven excellent sledding areas including Blue Lake Mountain, Crowfoot Mountain, Eagle Pass, Fly Hills, Owlhead Mountain, Queest Mountain and Spa Hills for all your snowmobiling or sledding needs!
Mobility:
The house is built on a hill that offers fantastic views of the lake. However, this does mean that there is a lot of stairs and climbing. Those with mobility matters may have difficulty entering and leaving the cabin.
Note:
The the top two floors are a separate entrance from the bottom floor.
No pets please.
