The property has one en-suite bathroom with a shower in the bedroom, and one bathroom with a toilet and sink, accessible from the living room. Guests also have access to two balconies with street views. The place is also fully air-conditioned.

You can cross the road and walk down the street Sqaq tax-Xamå to a small sandy beach Il-Bajja tax-Xama, which is right at the beginning of the San Paul’s Bay promenade. Following the promenade, you can find authentic local cafes, and restaurants, as well as local artisan and souvenir shops. Along the promenade, there’s also an abundance of rocky beaches. After about a 15-20 minute walk along the promenade, you’ll find yourself at Bugibba Bay, located just on your left. If you’d like to book diving tours or excursions to locations like Gozo and Blue Lagoon, you can do so here. One of the best things you can do in Malta is explore the island by boat!
The bus stops in both directions are just 100 m away from the property. The bus stop name is TONN. You can take bus 223 in the Bugibba direction and get off at Cerna or the 221 and get off at Rizzi.
In 10 minutes, you’ll arrive in Bugibba Square. This place is perfect for meeting all your holiday needs: you can find lots of chic cafes and ice-cream parlours, cozy little souvenir shops, a variety of local restaurants for anything you may want to eat, as well as plenty of pubs and other entertainment in the area. There are several mini-markets & grocery shops about 5 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by walk along Triq San Paul. The nearest supermarket is Piscopo Cash&Carry, and you can get there in about 10 minutes on any bus going in the Bugibba direction.
