Positive: Very good accommodation. The house is comfortable and spacious with an awesome view of the mountains and river. There are all necessary amenities for long stay. There's a small beach about 50 meters away. A good fish restaurant is about 300 meters away. After about 30 km of an addictive drive through serpentine roads, you can reach a very nice place for rafting :) The host is very friendly and welcoming. My family and I had a very nice stay. I definitely recommend this place.
Negative: I would suggest adding a garbage container or some big trash bin :)
