A split-level property with main home upstairs featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, custom kitchen, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, formal dining area, large living room, cathedral ceilings, oversized windows, plank wood flooring and screened patio to watch the sunset out over the bay.
The downstairs features an additional master bedroom and full bathroom, wet bar and large entertainment area complete with sofa sleeper, love seat, flat screen TV and sound system.
The downstairs opens out to the back patio which comes furnished with conversation lounge sets, outside dining area, gas grill, large heated pool with spill-over spa, lounge chairs, hammock, private sandy beach, pier and dock for up to a 30’ boat! Within walking distance to The Square Grouper or 420 Lounge a Key’s favorite for dining and libations.
Added in late 2019 The Irish Tiki Bar! This amazing tiki bar offers bar seating and built in lounge seating, ceiling fan, lighting and power! Spend your days poolside and enjoy your own private resort style Tiki Bar in your own back yard.

Screened Patio: Off of the dining room there is a lovely screened patio area with comfy chairs and rocker to enjoy your morning coffee, take a nap or enjoy endless sunsets.
Bedroom 1: (Master) King size bed with 37” flatscreen tv, storage dresser, nightstands and closet.
En-suite full bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2: (Bunk Room) Oversized bedroom features 2 sets of single bunk beds, 2 full size dressers, closet.
Bedroom 3: (Queen) Queen size bed with full size closet and dresser.
Bathroom 1: Shared full bathroom is located in the main hallway of the home and has a shower/tub combo.
Bathroom 2: Located inside the master bedroom and is a full bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 4: King Size bed, large closet and dresser, beautiful Atlantic Ocean Views.
Lower Living Area: Additional 55” TV Sofa Sleeper & love seat, wet bar with refrigerator and rooms open out to lower pool deck, tiki bar / entertainment area.

Laundry Room: Located on the first floor / lower unit of home in its own designated room. Also located in the laundry room are pool towels, 2 bicycles, cooler and some beach chairs.
Pool Area: Pool / Spa with chaise sun loungers, sitting area couches & chairs, dining table for 6, gas grill, hammock & Tiki Bar
Dockage / Beach/ Kayaks: Private Pier / Dock for you to 30’ boat. (Low draft boats only, it is a very tight access in and out of the home to Cudjoe Bay and out to the Atlantic) Private Beach & Use of 2 Kayaks.
Parking:
The home offers parking for up to 3 cars or if brining a boat 2 cars and 1 boat trailer.
*Note: Owner keeps his boat in a trailer in the driveway and is not usable by guests.
