Shops and a restaurant (with mini golf course) 300 m away. 3 bedrooms for 6 beds, large living room with open-plan kitchen, pantry, 2 bathrooms, one with WC. Comfortable kitchen. Free internet access. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a multi-door fridge, a built-in oven, 1 ceramic hob, a normal coffee maker, a Senséo, microwave and crockery for 6 people. You also have a pantry with a washing machine, a dryer, a 200 liter accumulator and everything for cleaning.
2 bedrooms are equipped with 140 cm double beds with cupboards and storage space.

The swimming pool is heated with a heat pump and thanks to the telescopic shelter, night swimming is fun because you are like in a bubble!!! The house is located in the town of Grayan 8 KM from SOULAC/sea 5 minutes by car, 10 km from Montalivet. Our supervised beach is located 5 km away and you will find sports activities for your children on site. Car parking is free as well as parking for bicycles. Board sports, horseback riding on the beach or in the forest. 5 km from the Euronat thalassotherapy center. Going back towards Le Verdon/mer you have a tourist port with its restaurants and sporting activities (jet ski, sailing lessons, etc. ) . Located in the heart of the Médoc, a stone's throw from the castle route with these vineyards known throughout the world!! Further south (an hour's drive), you have the Arcachon basin with the PYLA dune and these nature parks. oysters, tastings on site possible with a view of the bird island!!
