Summary: Upon arriving and informing the front desk I was there to check in I was simply told ‘no’. When I explained I had a reservation through Expedia the lady checked and proceeded to check me in but continued complaining about it. Hardly welcoming. We just wanted to get some snacks from the restaurant and watch the football but the restaurant was really full service with no option to get snacks. We were told any food we wanted would take an hour. We asked if we needed a reservation but were told no so we just got drinks and settled in to watch the football. About 10 minutes later the restaurant staff came and told us to come as they were ready now which was confusing since they had said an hour, anyway we went to eat. The food was good. The room was excellent, the 2 bedroom suite was huge, clean and comfortable. Great accommodation but the service could be better.
