Mylo's Cottage at Ashtree Farm is a peaceful, cosy barn conversion resting within an enclosed area with a gated drive (secure keypad entry), 2 miles north of the countryside village of Langrick, and 6 miles NW of Boston, Lincolnshire.
The space
As you walk through the door, you are greeted by a spacious open-plan layout. Located on the ground floor is a dining area with seating for 6 people, open kitchen and cosy lounge area where you can relax in front of a wood burning stove, with a film on the Smart TV after a day out.
A separate utility room and cloakroom, with toilet and sink, are also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are 3 well presented bedrooms; the first bedroom has a king-size bed, smart TV and an en-suite bathroom containing a basin, toilet and shower. The second bedroom has a Super King bed which can be converted to twin beds (upon request), and smart TV. Bedroom 3 includes wooden 3ft size bunk beds.
Completing the property is a good sized family bathroom. The corner bath lies beneath a Velux window, where you can gaze at the stars or watch the clouds go by, whilst having a soak. The bathroom also boasts a separate walk-in shower with rainfall shower head.
