Fully immersed in the Umbria countryside, close to the town of Paciano near Trasimeno Lake built on late 700 this wonderful property was constructed maintaining the characteristic of the colonial Tuscan houses. thanks to its position is possible to make several day trips to some of most beautiful location in Umbria and Tuscany such as Cortona, Montepulciano, Orvieto, Arezzo, Assisi, Perugia, all very easy to reach thanks to the High was located few kilometers from the villa, also in Chiusi there is a high way train station to Rome or Florence.
To reach the villa there is a gated gravel road, the gate is electric, spacious garden with a private swimming pool with sun lunges and gazebo for shade. Externally there is also the old barn which today is an external dining area which thanks to the barbecue is a perfect spot for al fresco meals.
The villa offers a large private garden with a wonderful private swimming pool equipped with sun lounge and umbrellas, a shaded gazebo with table and chair, perfect for al fresco dinners also thanks to the original pizza oven and barbecue.
