Positive: Beautiful house, convenient location. Several towels, sheets and washcloths are available. Also the kitchen is fully stocked. There is a gas grill. The house is clean and large. There’s plenty of seating and the living area is much bigger than it looks in pictures. Lots of space to spread out. There is a beach access at the 35mph sign to the left, looking from the house to the road. Also public beach access about 3/10 of a mile to the right. The children’s play area in the description is at the Pavilion. It’s under the big bridge. I love the covered porch and sunroom. It has an outdoor shower and two under house parking spaces. The bedrooms are large. There are two coffee pots and a toaster in the kitchen. It has a stacked laundry unit. This place feels fancy at an affordable price.
Negative: The only thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t much in the description about what’s available and what’s not. Also there’s no information. Usually there’s a book or paper telling you details about your stay but there’s really nothing.
