The three full-baths are located upstairs and are private, the half-bath downstairs is accessible through one of the outdoor showers. A private dock with inlet access, 16-by-32-foot swimming pool, lighted gazebo, hammock, two outdoor showers, and gas grill complete the outdoor living space. No internal stairway. No smoking.
