Come stay with us in our beautifully-renovated home in East Charlotte ready for your stay. This house is private with many amenities to take advantage of. Peaceful outdoor space. Relax in the spacious screened in back deck porch with a lounge area seating, a dining table for 8, and with hot tub to enjoy the evening in a Fenced backyard.
The Garage has been converted into a Game Room with a Pool Table, Lounge Area, 5 Arcade games shuffle puck table (Air-conditioned space/ heater space)
Washer and Dryer on site for guest use if needed.
Master bedroom on the main floor with huge en-suite bathroom. As well as 2 queen bedrooms and guest bath. Upstairs are 4 twin beds adjacent to the theatre room. Also upstairs is the 3rd full bathroom!
Updated kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and all the dishes and cooking utensils you could need during your stay. (Silverware, pots/pans, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, Kurig etc).
All towels and linens are provided to you for your stay. And all other amenities you may need are provide to make your stay more comfortable. If you need anything we are only a message away.
Wifi internet and cable.
For some the BEST PART is our Movie Theater room with 80 inch Smart TV, 4 recliners and sleeper futon. If your wanting to enjoy family time Watching movies like your at a theater with no one else, you will LOVE THIS SPACE!! It makes this house a HOME :)
PLEASE know this is a FAMILY home NOT A PARTY house! If your intentions are to have a group/family reunion/gathering the number of guest allowed at this property ARE 16 NO MORE, regardless if they are staying the night IN OUR HOME,!! We have neighbors we have to respect and past guest have shown us that anymore then the minimum is to MUCH! Our home is not an event destination, it is A HOME! And for those that want to enjoy our HOME, we look forward to hosting you!
