-Pets must not be left alone in property uncrated. Hot Springs is a very dog friendly city!
-The yard is not fenced, however there is an outside playpen and dog run so your four legged friend can stretch their legs
-Pet fee must be paid before check in. Fee will be paid on a separate transaction if not paid at time of booking. Charged automatically to card on filewhen reservation is updated to include pet. Late fee of $25plus $65 fee plus taxautomatically charged if pet(s) are not disclosed before check in.

-Best to have a car to get around the city of Hot Springs and Hot Springs National Park, although the downtown area and some trails are walkable from house (approximately within 1 mile).
