Welcome to Mountain Top Retreat! The seclusive acreage in Priest River that has it all: hot tub, sauna, fire pit, 360 degree views, indoor/outdoor games, and kids' room. Take in the tranquil sunset embraced in the wildlife all around. Sleeping up to 11 guests, this home has all the amenities to provide memories for a lifetime!
The space
Room Accommodations:
- Bedroom 1: King bed, full length mirror, master bathroom with shower & soaking jet tub, walk out private patio, walk-in closet and double vanity.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, full length mirror, next to second bathroom that has double vanities, shower, bath tub.
- Bedroom 3/Loft: One Queen bed, one full bed, twin bunk bed, pull-out full bed, 65" Smart TV, work desk, walk-out patio deck, shuffle board table, dart board, high-top table, couch.
All bedrooms are equipped with premium pillows, linens, and sheets, closets with hangers and shelves, nightstands with reading lights, and a switches for the fan which also controls the light (no getting up to turn the lights off - you are on vacation!)
All bathrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided.

- Living Room: 65" Smart TV, Two large & extremely comfortable couches (with electric powered recliners...our favorite)
- Dining Room: Large dining table with seating for 6.
- Kitchen: Gas stove, oven, drip coffee maker, full size refrigerator/freezer, reverse osmosis drinking tap, beverage refrigerator and fully-stocked with plenty of dinnerware, utensils, pots & pans, and even serving dishes! Large island with plenty of room to gather & kitchen breakfast bar top with seating for 4.
- Laundry room: Equipped with washer and dryer. We provide laundry detergent, stain remover, and dryer sheets!
- Backyard: let's be honest - this is the real reason you want to stay here! For the views! Plenty of space for activities & games. We have a wood fire pit, cornhole, and giant connect four.
- Outdoor Seating: The three covered decks boast a large outdoor couch upstairs (Fan above!), 2 rattan chairs between hot tub and sauna. Additionally, we have a massive outdoor table with seating for 8 people. There is also a table with 2 chairs off the master bedroom for a coffee with a view. We've got the whole crew covered!
- Outdoor Kitchen: Propane grill, grilling utensils, and plenty of table top space to allow friends or family enjoy a drink while they watch someone else cook their food (now that's what I call a good time!)
- Hot tub/Sauna: On the first level walkout deck with the sunset view of a lifetime!
- Upper Deck: Propane gas firepit with seating for 8 on outdoor couch. We also provide skewers for roasting marshmallows. Nothing like ending the day in the mountains with a gorgeous sunset view!

Stop at Beach City Organics for coffee and a light breakfast and either relax on the beach or go off on a hike. Where-ever your day takes you, make sure to come back to town for the beer or ice cream on the beach!
✔ Hit the slopes at Schweitzer Mountain (~40 min drive)
The best skiing and snowboarding in Northern Idaho. Half day and full day tickets are available at a reasonable price. Rentals are also easy to come by from the Alpine Shop on the mountain.
✔ Rent a boat on Priest Lake (~35 min drive)
Contact Priest Lake Marina. Ride, float and explore the beaches for the day. Lastly make a stop at Cavanaugh’s for a drink and bite to eat. The most beautiful view!
✔ Visit Coeur d’ Alene (~45 min drive) The biggest city near-by that offers an abudance of things to do! From golfing to shopping to luxury spa experiences at Coeur d’ Alene Resort.

No pets allowed: As much as we love our furry friends, we do not allow pets at our home.
Non-smoking: This includes the outdoor area as well - we are a family-friendly home & we would like to maintain the property clear of any traces of cigarettes/other smoking evidence, especially for the little ones who come to visit after you! We do have a noise/smoke detector within the home that will notify us if any smoke is detected, and you will be subject to a fine if this rule is disrespected.
No glass in hot tub/sauna: You will be subject to a fine if this rule is disrespected to cover additional cleaning costs. If any glass gets in the hot tub, you will be liable to cover a full drain, clean, and refill of the hot tub. Once again, this is a family-friendly home and we need to think about future guests, especially young ones.
Exterior Security Cameras: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is on the front of the home facing the front yard, 1 camera is located on the garage facing the driveway, and 1 camera is located on the back of the home facing the backyard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion and allow us to keep track of our cleaning service.
