- Pet Fee will be charged separately $120 per pet per reservation. No pets on Carpets or Furniture. Please reach out to us to open up Garage if you have pets. Garage is furnished but is used by owner for his personal belongings, guest are requested to keep them intact. Garage is NEVER to be used to park cars.
- Smoking is not allowed within 30 feet from the property. Please reach out to primary host for designated smoking areas where you can smoke. This is a fire-prone area and no smoking allowed in the deck or backyard as well. Any violation to the same will cause $500 penalty as disclosed to AirBnB.
- $50 Hot Tub fee will be withheld from Security Deposit, unless Hot tub is returned back clean, and temperature set at 80 F.
- Quiet Hours start at 9 PM, so no loud sound after that even if there are no neighbors in sight. All fires turned off after 10 as well.
