Positive: Loved the location and how quite the neighborhood was.

Negative: There was rat droppings in the cabinets in the kitchen and on the floor in the kitchen. I had to sweep the floors,the pots and pans all had rat droppings in them and we had to wash all of them before we used them. The kitchen was not fully equipped as it should be. There were no kitchen towels or drying rack for dishes. the coffee machine was dirty and full of mold. The upstairs shower had no water pressure and the water drizzled out very slowly and the drain in the same shower was so clogged that it made a puddle immediately even though the water wasn’t flowing fast. The house is in desperate need of repair as a lot of things were broken like windows that wouldn’t lock or the sliding glass door wasn’t flush so that wouldn’t lock either. The jacuzzi was dirty and the filter was bashed in, we messaged the owner about that and he did send someone out the next day but failed to communicate that to us so we didn’t let the tech in until we called the owner. There were condom boxes in a few of the drawers and one had used condoms in it, house keeping really isn’t doing their job. Overall I think the owner needs to be more hands on.

Summary: Disappointing, would not stay again.
