Positive: The staff was great, the place was spotless. We found it expensive given the size, that said, the Eastern Townships is kind of a rip off price wise, so that's capitalism for you. We appreciate the bicycle storage and easy check in and check out.

Negative: Our issue was not with the motel itself but with Booking.com's egregious misrepresentation of the motel room. We were told by booking.com that our room had its own patio. I have screen grabs. However when we got to the motel, there was no patio. We rented the place because it had a patio and booking.com actually charged us more for a patio room than it would have without. THE ROOMS DO NOT HAVE PATIOS AND YOU SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE THEM AS SUCH.

Summary: Did not meet expectations because we were SOLD A LIE
