A true gem nestled into the winding countryside of Olivebridge, NY.
Step out the back door of this Catskill jewel and you will enter your own private sanctuary.....just feet away from the Mettacahonts Creek and a stone's throw from a gorgeous cascading waterfall. The front of the house features a porch and a stone garden with two planting beds, the back yard offers a waterside bench, portable grill and picnic table.
We recently repainted, refurnished and re-energized this historical house. The kitchen now features finished pine floors and the sun room will receive a full renovation and upgrade in May. The home has wood floors throughout and plenty of natural light. Both bedrooms as well as the sun room feature skylights. There are numerous areas to discover for work and relaxation.
Although the structure is close to the road, passing traffic is very light.
In addition to the basics, the kitchen is equipt with a dishwasher, place settings for 8, French Press, drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, cookware, and various high quality kitchen utensils.
