This beautiful modern apartment with air conditioning, furnished and decorated with care and located in a beautiful private condominium (Monte Laguna) will allow its occupants to spend a pleasant holiday in peace and well-being.
The apartment has a large living room on the ground floor with a double sofa bed, a modern fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
On the first floor is a beautiful mezzanine with a double bed, a single bed and a bathroom.
The living room and the kitchen have a direct exit to the gardens and the very large swimming pool of the condominium (25 meters).
Table and chairs on the deck are waiting for you to put meals outside in peace while enjoying the beautiful view of the gardens.
Golf enthusiasts will certainly appreciate the proximity to the 10-hole Oceanico Victoria golf course, which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The Oceanico Victoria golf course has been hosting the Portugal Masters for several years.
You will reach the center of Vilamoura with its famous marina as well as the beach in 5 minutes by car.
Top of the range apartment ideal for families, couples and golfers looking for a few holidays or a relaxing break.
Early check-in and late check-out (when possible) have a fee of 25 euros.
Late check-in between 7:00pm and 00:00am have a fee of 25 euros
On request, we can provide cot : 10 euros/unit/stay and high chair: 6 euros/ unit/stay.
For winter booking only (Nov to March)- Cleaning fee : 70 euros
(All additional fees should be paid upon arrival by cash).
From November to March (inclusive) medium and long term rentals (min. 14 nights) are available. Guests are responsible for water, gas and electricity bills incurred during their stay. A deposit (at check-in) of 150 euros must be left as a guarantee.

Summary: We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment and highly recommend it. The apartment is next to a good golf course (Millennium golf course) and there are others very close (Victoria golf for example). We took advantage of it to play almost every day. Excellent reception despite our late arrival time. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. We were able to enjoy some days to eat outside with a view of the large condominium pool. The grounds and pool area are very well maintained. We plan to return in the spring or summer to enjoy the pool.
