3 Bedroom Cottage with Bedding and Kitchen

Your vacation begins as you travel through the forest arriving at a pretty white cabin nestled in a corner of the cul-de-sac located right on Big Flower Creek. See your breath-taking view of the dunes and Lake Michigan from the deck. Upon entering the cottage, the front room is open with 4 large windows and a door-wall, the kitchen is on your right with a dining table for six. Bedroom #1 has one queen bed. Bedroom #2 has 'double' bunk beds, sleeping 4, there is also one dresser. Bedroom #3 has twin bunk beds and one dresser. There is a step-in shower, toilet, and sink in the bathroom. A short walk (approx. 5 min.) along a pretty forest footpath will take you to the dunes, beach, and Lake Michigan. The path has steps and a couple of hills (see a picture posted) and is not stroller or ‘cooler with wheels’ friendly.
Big Flower Creek is very pretty and relaxing when canoeing in the back, check out the wildlife. There are canoe and kayak rentals available in town at WaterDogs. If you are a hiker/walker our association has 30 beautiful forest acres to explore. (No Family Pets Please)

Summary: Tucked away in a quiet wooded area of the shoreline, with a beautiful view of Lake Michigan, the cabin was very clean and had everything we needed in it. Property manager was very responsive, accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The outdoor grill was missing, for example, and Charlene purchased one and had it delivered in short order. The row boat had to be shared with the neighboring cabin and appeared to belong to them, so this was the only hiccup but the neighbors were more than accommodating and we were able to use the boat at will. In summary, excellent experience, relaxing trip and we would definitely stay at this cabin again!
