Positive: The neighbourhood was great. The parking space provided. The outdoor garden space was great to use. The bathroom was superb. Easy access to the ground floor apartment.
Negative: The view from the room window was overlooking a neighbours untidy space. There was only a dining chair or the bed to sit on.
